Commercial Release

Whatever your career, a professional headshot is an important part of improving your image. Use your headshots on your LinkedIn, social media, website, business cards and advertising.

The process for individuals headshot sessions is as follows:

  • Book your session here

  • Receive your “Session Guide” immediately and your location 1 week prior to your session date.

  • Complete your session. Pay your balance at the session if you have only paid your deposit.

  • Receive the pre-release information and sign in for e-mail updates about the status of your gallery.

  • Receive your gallery within 3 business days (M-F) and instructions for ordering.

  • Place your order and pay for any additional purchases through our website.

  • Make sure to place your order within 12 weeks of your session. If you do not purchase within 12 weeks, your gallery will expire and an extension will need to be purchased.

  • Receive your completed order of fully retouched and edited images in 3 business days if you have not purchased extra editing and 10 business days if you have.

  • Download your images and print and commercial releases.

  • Access your gallery and enjoy unlimited downloads for one calendar year. If you need an extension, you may purchase this online.

Commercial release

Set your business apart by providing employees with cohesive headshots. We come to you and set up, or you come to us. On-location, studio, and portable studio options available.

The process for portrait sessions is as follows:

  • Book your consultation here

  • Complete a contract and provide tax forms for our independent contract work and pay your deposit.

  • Set a date (or multiple dates) for your employees to have their headshots taken.

  • Receive information for your employees about preparing for their headshot session.

  • Complete the session. Employees will select their chosen headshot during their allotted time.

  • Pay your remaining balance the day of the session.

  • Receive the pre-release information and sign in for e-mail updates about the status of your gallery.

  • Receive your gallery within 10 business days (M-F) and instructions for ordering.

  • Download both your full resolution and internet-optimized and resized images and commercial release.

  • Access your gallery and enjoy unlimited downloads for one calendar year. If you need an extension, you may purchase this online.

  • Ongoing contracts can be arranged as your company grows or if additional services are requested.
